This company has helped me a few times. Firstly when my car imobiliser broke & I couldn't get home boo hoo! They didn't have the right solder to do the job properly but were able to provide me with a temporary fix which at least got me home and they didn't even charge me for it! They have also cut keys for me with no issues (other places I have been to sometimes the keys don't work & I have had to get them re-cut) and also with engraving for my puppy's ID tags etc. I always find them helpful, prices are good and they don't take long to do things at all. You can normally drop stuff off at the beginning of a shop and then pick it up on your way out

I got a bracelet for my partner engraved here, the guy did a very good job, I like the writing style. It took longer than he said at first as they must have got busy but it was a pain hanging around the shopping centre doing nothing! That aside the work was great, maybe just go in a quieter time
