Good fish and chips. Quick and friendly service and clean restaurant. Great for takeaway and even if you want to dive in, restaurant settings feel pretty cozy.

Flake Attack is a great mod place to eat at or take away. They serve decent coffee too. We usually buy the blue grenadier pack for 2 which we ask for grilled and its comes with a decent amount of chips. The fish is really fresh and I think the cleanliness of the kitchen shows up in the taste of the food - they must change the oil a lot. It recently changed hands and I found the quality has suffered a little but am pleased that the former chef/owner has been breaking in the new so hopefully when I next try them out the food will rock again.

This is a great new shop, modern decor inside. Great friendly staff. The best chips, not your regular 'fish and chip' chips. The grilled fish is absolutely delicious, really beautifully seasoned. It might cost a little more than regular fish and chip shops, but well worth it.
