Higher than average prices, food is usually good quality, quick service (around 10 minutes wait). Not many vegetarian options. The opening hours are convenient, some local places aren't open on Mondays but these guys are.

My friend is a security of the shopping center. He told me they changed a new owner in oct 2010.
Under the new management the foods are very good and the new boss cleanned and changed the oil every night.

i used to come here all the time, until one day about 1 pm i ordered 1 pack of minimum chips, and a 1 person flake pack. i was not able to purchase the 1 person flake deal if i wanted it grilled - usually 30cents extra, so had to settle for the fried fish. when i opened up both packs, the chips were darker coloured than usual, my mates ate a few before i saw they looked disgusting - so i took them back to ask for a refund telling them their oil was dirty, the manager then accused me of eating more than half my food - which i hadnt, then only gave me back $2 - cost me $8.50 and told us to get out and never come back. i was soo annoyed at him. i paid to get nice food and then when i complained was treated badly. well perhaps clean your fryers and put in new oil tightass - im sure the oh&s would be happy to do an audit
