Easily the best customer service for an online company. I was called by an actual nurse (even spoke to a vet once) every time I have had an enquiry. My boy Boots also loves the chews!

Great service but have to make a point of the nurses who are on the phones. They are very knowledgable and most of all get on top of any issue no mater how small very quick. Would recommend to anyone with a pet.

Brilliant personalised service. The arrival right before my doggo is due for worm and flea treatment means he's always covered (as I now don't forget). I recommend Fleamail to anyone with a pet.

I had concerns about potential side affects, after seeing a disturbing video on Facebook of a dog having a seizure reaction, so I sent Fleamail an email with my (overreaction) worries, and asking a few questions.

Even though I had not provided my correct phone number, Dr Shaw tracked me down personally, and, after multiple attempts to call me, finally got hold of me and talked to me to allay my worries.

In tracking me down to calm my fears, he went above and beyond his duty and I am super impressed. This is superb costumer service, and I would absolutely recommend Fleamail.com.au. It’s cheap, simple and they really value their customers.
