I rented a townhouse and on moving in I had no keys supplied for 4 outside doors and a large hole in flywire screen door at the kitchen. I was disappointed with the response I received from rentals staff. I was given a response in writing saying can't I just snib the locks on the inside and the flywire screen has always been that way. I was shocked by the lack of customer service and the energy I had to put in to get simple repairs.
