We had had the same terrible experience as the previous reviewer. They admitted fault and came back to straighten and level part of the retainer wall, and to make one of 4 unstable posts stable. Wanted to charge extra to make the fence fit for purpose. Left their mess on the property. Stay away from this dodgy group.

We recently had a fence and a retaining wall built by Fletcher's Fencing. We asked for metal posts and insisted on longer posts than what they were going to put in. They built the retaining and now the wall and the fence are leaning over! The engineer said they had not built the retaining wall properly as the posts are still too short!
Fletcher's are refusing the fix the retaining wall and fence and we have found out since they don't have a license to build retaining walls! We are now going to VCAT.
They charged us $4500 and to fix it, we have to pay another $3000!
Stay away from these dodgy people!
