Have been going there for a few years but just lost a customer.
Have been dealing with a different newbie cutter for ages now.
The latest completely wrecked my style and didnt even listen to what i asked of the cut. Took him 45 minutes as well. seemed like he was doing the same thing over and over going from one side of my head to the other.

Was honestly the longest and worst cut i have had in my life.
Then charged me 25! Theres nothing worse than getting your style completely wrecked and then paying over the top
For it.
To top it all off this was coming up to be the last cut before my free one but the cards they now keep on site had been changed and apparently i had already claimed my free cut and now was 2 into a new card!

All in all nice people but need to step up the game if they want newbies to come in and be charging 25 then they should reconsider pricing or get better barbers for the men.

Being the wife of a Hairdresser it is very hard finding someone to cut my hair to the way I prefer.

Finding Felicity was the best thing, I have be going to her since she opened and I could not be more satisfied.

She is a very lively bubbly person and makes you feel very comfortable.

I have recommended her and will continue to do so.

I can't speak highly enough of Felicity's barber shop.
Located outside the CBD of Penrith I found the location such a great idea making it easy for guys to just drop in.
I was a bit weary being a barber but I have never been made to feel so welcome and so at ease with someones abilities as I was yesterday.
The store furnishings look fantastic and for someone who has only had the business a year today she has built a great customer base that could be seen by how busy she was and I love that she remembers names and makes everyone who enters the door just feel so comfortable.
Its easier if you can make appointments as she has a lot of walk ins.
But fantastic service, great pricing and friendly staff I live in Narellan vale and will be making the trip back because she is worth it.
