May be OK for booking flights but don't expect this mob to identify suitable accommodation. Recommended "The Building" hotel in ROme (4 and a half stars) ended up being put into motel-style accommodation in the car park. The bathroom in this place was a disgrace. Accommodation in Florence in good location but the room we were put in did not have lift access to our floor. Meant choice of lugging bags up/down stairs. Absolutely NO help from hotel staff. No - avoid Flight Centre like the plague.

Waste of time. Looking to book a surprise honeymoon for the kids. All the consultant could do is keep repeating it was school holidays and it is expensive after their wedding. I didn't give a crap I spent a fortune on the wedding this wasn't going to worry me. So much negativity repeating the negativity the excitement of organising their honeymoon was gone. Waited and waited didn't even get a price, Just walked out. Within the hour another travel agent further down sealed the deal

We used Flight Centre Brandon Park last year to arrange a trip to NZ with friends. Great service, very responsive, and we'll definitely be back. I originally chose them purely due to proximity to work, but was so pleased with the help we received that we'd go back irrespective of location. Thanks team!

We have used flight centre for 4 overseas holidays. They really go out of their way to please you. Great recommendations on places to stay. I have my favorite person there, but they are all excellent!
