The service here was great, as in they were very attentive and friendly. The actual service they provided was terrible though. They were overpriced and obviously trying to sell us flights that were much more expensive than they needed to be. We found better priced flights on our own. They tried to tell us that the comparison prices we brought in were wrong. We ended up getting those flights that they told us were "wrong". As experienced travelers, this really wasn't appreciated.

Very good customer service and excellent value for flights and holiday packages. Prompt response for queries and problems are fixed within a short time frame.

The service here ranges from outstanding (especially by team leader Sam) to poor (like forgetting to notify the customer of flight changes...). Whilst they are very friendly to every customer in the shop, calling people back or following up on queries isn't high on their list of priorities. You can get great help here but you need to be in their faces constantly to get what you need.
