My wife and I were looking to have a return flight to Bangkok price matched with a company in Sydney.The young lady we spoke to was so helpful. Not only bettering the Sydney price but organizing a stopover in Singapore as well. To do this she had to stay back for about 10 minutes after closing to complete our itinerary
