My wife and I were looking to have a return flight to Bangkok price matched with a company in Sydney.The young lady we spoke to was so helpful. Not only bettering the Sydney price but organizing a stopover in Singapore as well. To do this she had to stay back for about 10 minutes after closing to complete our itinerary

We book all of our holidays through this company and have never had a problem with them. The customer service is great and they offer helpful suggestions. The only downside is that it can be a bit busy at times.
