I've tried booking a flight with this travel agent, the service was fine but took over 24 hours to get back to me. Other agents will usually do so within the same day. As for the price, it was way more expensive than online. I think travel agents need to be really aware that customers can normally find even better rates online. The store itself is quite neat. On the outside its covered with promotions and there's always a very pretty white Christmas tree display in December.
they claim to be the lowest in airfairs, but htey also want you to get a full itinery from the other company as well as payment and how much to pay.
ethically that is just wrong and very unfair.
how hard is it to make business already, but they go around to say we will beat it if you show us the receipt.
if they are to claim the lowest in airfairs then play fair, provide that cheaop airfare

I stopped using them long ago you ring for a price and then tell them you got it cheaper online so they beat that price by $1.00 and offer a voucher which you never use and then add massive credit card charges on so the price is still higher than your original quote. Avoid.
