I just want to come here to say Nicola Bell was very friendly, patient, accommodating and have great customer service.

I visited FC in Eastwood with my husband to make flight bookings for my mother in law. Nicola was nothing but very helpful. We also had to work with one of our family friends in Brisbane and go back and forth with the information that we had/needed.

Price was very reasonable :) and happy with Nicola's service.

We have our wedding booked with Flight Centre in Eastwood. Although it's a chain brand the staff work hard to make sure we are happy with them and now we are like friends. Unfortunately sometimes when they do get a little busy they can get a little overwhelmed and we have to wait ages to get served. Thankfully the staff are happy to deal with us over the phone and email so most of the time I don't visit anymore.
We mainly deal with Linda, but the other staff are always there to help out when she is not there! That's what I call team work!
