I went in, described exactly what I wanted, went and did shopping for an hour, came back and all the details were there, all my questions were answered, nothing was too much for them, All done in one place with a smiling face and extra tips to help. My mum and I are travelling from Melbourne to Brisbane then Brisbane to the Gold Coast, hiring a car, staying at Sea World Resort for 3 nights and then flying from Gold Coast to Melbourne. He even looked up how to book the bus from where I live to the airport and times etc. Because they booked it we got unlimited Sea World entry thrown in.
