We have dealt with Penny from Flight Centre on a few occasions. She is always willing to go out of her way to assist us with even the smallest request. Her honesty regarding products and prices has been much appreciated over the years. We have and will continue to recommend her and Flight Centre to friends and family.

I found that this travel agency will only sell the products they are told to push and wouldnt go off the beaten track. My brother also had a bad experience there when they spelt a name wrong on a booking they blamed him and tried to charge him for it. I now book all my travel at Jetset Travel in High Street Belmont as they service is great.

I have used Flight Centre Geelong to book every holiday I go on, all the girls there are extremely friendly and helpful, always smiling, they get back to you when they say they will, and often can book everything for you over the internet or phone without you having to go into the store.
