On initial contact outlining our needs, they posted us some brochures which had insufficient postage on them. We could not open the package until the Post Office had sent us a bill. We offered to pay the amount if they reimbursed us the $8.35 (penalty rates), but they said they couldn't write us out a cheque for this. So we posted back the package and are not impressed by such service. Our friends also had this problem last year and had to pay the PO the extra postage. We wont deal with them again.
