Pleasant and friendly. I had already done the hard work for my consultant. I would have marked higher but I had to chase up my tickets and when requested to go to collect the tickets could not be found, then the arrangement was to email the e tickets to me and this was agreed but then I was asked to collect in person again. I found this to be inefficient and time consuming and unnecessary. Maybe my consultant was not at her best as she was leaving. I've had better service from Flight Centre in the past.
