Very disappointed Flight Centre Australia for charging us $300 per person for a flight we never cancelled. We are 2 people so the new policy disadvantages us.
Flight Centre Australia are not happy with any negative commentary in their Facebook profile and will delete comments then block that person.
With these review sites they flag negative comments for review as they would rather do this than assist their customers that they are extorting money from.
It also appears the person we dealt with at Flight Centre Bulimba and have spent huge sums of money with in the past, possibly didn’t like the below post so also deleted and blocked me. Oh shame - poor me. Didn’t even offer to assist in resolving.
It seems that calling out shonky business practices and suggesting a boycott of brands isn’t going down to well at Flight Centre.
We will never use you again and we will take it further. We will never use any of your brands and will suggest to our extensive network of contacts to boycott Flight Centre and subsidiaries.

I used Flight Centre via an online enquiry to book a trip to New Zealand and I was really impressed with them. The young girl was very quick in giving me a quote and tailoring the trip to what I wanted. it was no fuss and great service.
