Best meat in Canberra .. Craig is friendly & sells quality cuts

I have been buying my meat from Craig for many years and as far as I am concerned he would have to rate as one of the best butchers in Canberra. I particularly like it that he can tell you exactly where his meat comes from and he sells free range pork.

We buy most of our meat from Florey Fine Meats. The best thing about this butcher is the friendly service. We tend to buy the same fairly conventional products (mince, lamb fillets, chicken etc) but the butcher can provide expert advice and assist with special requests and orders. We find the quality of the meat is also very good, for example lamb cutlets are well-trimmed of fat, etc.
