The service I have received here is laughable. I have had to go here for 3 separate appointments and needed to go back to pick up results another (two) times. In that time the receptionists managed to type in my Medicare info incorrectly, book me an appointment with a nurse when I asked to see a dr (by name), schedule my appointment on a different day than I asked, told me that the dr that needed to perform my procedure 'did not like doing it' (which meant I rather went elsewhere), and did not prepare my paperwork as promised which meant going in twice and having to wait around. The dr gave me incorrect info on the active ingredient in the medication they were prescibing me -stating 2 active ingredients than the single one the product is specifically made for. Also did not provide feedback as promised.

Apart from the always long queues waiting for the receptionist, the doctor I see is fantastic! I only ask for Dr Tang, he is so patient and understanding comparing to the 2 other doctors I have seen there.

The receptionist are very helpful too.

Unfortunately, standards at the Florey Medical Centre seemed to have declined in the 10 years that I have been living in Canberra. Although this medical centre is walking distance from my house, our family avoids going there unless we just need a medical certificate for work or a script for a pre-diagnosed problem. Although the waits aren't too bad, many of the doctors have very limited Engligh, making it difficult to get diagnosis for complex problems.
