Been to Flow a couple of times now and the menu is very gourmet.. Almost everything on the menu is homemade and you can definately taste the love that is put into the food. You can even take your pooch down to sit outside with you while you enjoy your breakfast in their courtyard with the complete morning sun pouring down on you. Hada chance to chat with the chef/owner last time i was there and he is a lovely bloke. 10 out of 10 from this happy punter!

I lived down the road from this place for over a year and never knew it. Almost directly opposite Victoria Gardens Shopping Centre the view you see from the road is a bluestone wall, perhaps some sort of office. But no! Walk around the corner and you see a tremendously great little cafe ideal for a long weekend lunch in a trendyish atmosphere. The servers smile the entire time and very helpful with menu queries. After stuffing our faces there on the weekend my friends and I recommend the potato rosti and the scrambled eggs with chorizo. They also have a pretty tasty sounding lunch menu so I'm already planning another trip to try it out.
