Flower Power advertise 20% to 50% off all plants. I bought 10 x $2 plants and was expecting at least 20% off. [redacted personal identifier] said these plants retail for $2.95 at all other Flower power stores but at this one they have always been discounted so I will not get the 20% off. Their TV advertising makes no mention of already discounted stock. Their advertising is false and the handling by [redacted personal identifier] was extremely poor. I spend about $200 to $300 every few months there, but for the sake of the $4 discount, they have lost a loyal customer [redacted offensive personal identifier]. Unless I get an apology I will not shop there again.

I have recently done some major work around the garden at home which included everything from removing plants, planting new plants and bringing back to life some old run down ones.

Having stopped in on MANY occasions here to buy tools, plants, potting mix and everything in between, I have to say I am more than happy with the customer service here.

At busy times the staff are a bit hard to come by, but they all seem to know their stuff.

I don't bother going to our well known hardware store for plants anymore, I head straight to these guys...

Everything from these guys has been great quality.

Brought a wide variety of plant from here when we decided to do up our garden. Price was average but quality was good. Service was friendly and helpful.

Have been buying plants from here for years. Staff are always helpful and give good advice without making you feel as though you know nothing about plants. They often have great specials on throughout the year and also have a gardeners club which you can join and get a discount on your purchases. Even if I go there and don't buy anything I love to look at all the colours of the different plants and find it very relaxing - you can even have a meal there in the cafe.
