Overzealous with the pressure cleaner. Damaged OE striping on the car then would not take any responsibility. Often would miss cleaning door jambs. Whole place is overrun with weeds as big as trees and on last visit was wafted over by a blocked toilet smell.

A lovely job done by the team at flufferz they were professional and quick.
Will definitely be returning.

My wife was warned by staff to remove all loose coins as staff were stealing them. On picking up her car, she found her centre console had been raided & her McDonalds coffee tokens were missing. On ringing the Manager, he denied that his own staff were warning customers of the problem & denied that there was a theft problem. Other reviews show that this is a common problem at this site.We will never use them again.

Avoid $65 for a Damaged car, splashed the white paint with black tyre shine then claimed it was tar from road but for additional $$$ he could fix it while being rude and condescending. Awful service

Left a lot of dirt on the car. I drive a 4x4 so it's a big job, there were hardly any other cars so I thought they would do a good job. It was a brand new car, and now I have two very noticeable scratches on the car which they said were there beforehand, not knowing how particular I am about my cars. An expensive wash turned into a $290 scratch repair. Well done Fluffers, I will never be back and will use every opportunity to suggest others do the same!!

Over all service in cafe is excellent and the work there do on cars make is a1 and make your
car look like new afterward and take respect in your car as well i would recommend them to
every one .
