We will never be back and would discourage other also.
Very aggressive treatment that left our puppy with cuts and a fear of grooming that he didn’t have prior to going here.
They of course denied it and said the dog did it to himself!!
I’d give a minus star if it was possible

Used to love this place UNTIL the wife and daughter spotted them through their window abusing a poor little dog - picking it up by the ear and dragging it and then picking it up off the ground by the ear - total abuse. The boss was there so this is obviously an accepted practice. Absolutely no reason for this practice. We have cancelled and will never take our dogs back. Think carefully, how much do you love your dog to risk this to your dog???

Love taking my dogs here. The service and price is exceptional. I know my dogs will be looked after and come home looking and smelling amazing. You won't be disappointed if you use this service.

I have taken my 2 dogs here regularly pretty much since they opened and have recommended many family and friends. They are fantastic at what they do my dogs always looke and smell great. Cathy and Jo and the team always make you feel welcomed and your dogs comfortable. They know who I am and who my dogs are as soon as I ring. They are quick and great value for money.

These groomers are great! Quite a new business in the Penrith area, the staff are lovely and obviously care for animals. After my first visit they sent me a card in the mail thanking me for using their business. The prices are excellent and they are very good at getting the tangles out of my dog's long hair without needing to cut it off.
