The service at this place was above and beyond the call-of-duty when I had the padding surrounding the foam inner replaced on secondhand sofa cushions. the initial replacements resulted in the cushions being too wide to fit into the covers and they corrected this without complaint. This was after we had left the cushions in their storage area to air for a week, due to smoky smell, and had consulted them for advice, etc..on several occasions. The price was very fair, too, and they had even suggested the cheaper options without being prompted: they didn't push for the most expensive option, even though the amount of time and labour spent would have been equivalent between the more expensive and cheaper options. And the quality of the product and advice was also spot-on.
