Brought the “Vibe Dining Chairs” under a year ago and came across an unexpected issue. The front leg of one of the chairs suddenly collapsed whilst one of my guests were sitting on it. I was in complete shock and disappointment. This person had hurt themselves because of these chairs being built poorly - this also could have been my grandmother. I had checked other chairs and found a few that don’t look safe to be sat on which is a massive disappointment. It seems to be like the glue used on these chairs hasn’t worked and caused these chairs to be faulty. I don’t feel safe sitting on these chairs until someone actually comes out and inspects them. I’ve been in communication with the store/customer service I purchased it from for 3 weeks now with still no resolution to this issue which has been an extremely disappointing experience. Will be taking this further in a week or so as nothing has been done.

I had been in about 20 shops looking for a bed and no one helped me like Ron in Focus on Furniture he was so good, I got a sofa too. He was honest and knew his stuff and he had time for me. Thank you Ron for all your help Focus are lucky to have you!
