Rosanna and her staff are friendly but not "too friendly". They care about what you want and will help you decide what is best for your face shape, skin colour. Years of experience and actually care about the customers....now MY hairdresser :)

Awful!! I was silly enough to buy a $70 deal for this salon they then tried to charge me an extr $60 for hair toner!!! (I've worked in the hair industry So I know the price of a tube of toner) I refused to give them that much, so I settled to give them $40, still too much I thought. they then marched over to their other client (with half the legnth of hair as mine) where they gave her the same spill and said she will owe $60 for toner. The blonde outcome was nothing great. After sitting at the bowl for 30 minutes while my "amazing, state of the art, $60 worth" toner was processing, I still had to go to the supermarket after to buy my own toner to get it to the blonde I asked for.

Had my colour and an upstyle done for my formal and was so happy with the result! Rosanna went out of her way to make it the best and most enjoyable experience! Highly recommend Follicles!

I have lived in Adelaide for 7 years, tried about 6 hairdressers, and finally found my preferred hairdresser!! My cut was amazing, bought out my natural waves and didn't take long at all. I also bought their suggested shampoo and conditioner and it made my hair very silky. The toner in my hair is a great shade and I look forward to more visits. The staff took their time to consult with me about my hair and gave me great advice on how they can assist me to achieve my desired color.
