The food and other beverages are awesome. Eveything about this place makes you visit again & again. I love this place.

This place is a great find. They serve delicious coffee and muffins are home made. In fact everything is home made here which makes it so special. The staff are friendly and they provided water bowls for dogs. There is plenty of outside seating and tables and I like nothing more than walking here of a morning and sitting down in the Perth sunshine drinking there delicious coffee whilst reading the paper with our dog curled up at my feet!

This place is a little gem in East Vic Park. It serves hot and cold food with great coffee. The staff are always friendly and remember you by name and everything is made fresh on the premises. I recommend breakfast!
