This morning I felt like going out and getting some bacon and eggs for breakfast and then going for a drive. I ended up getting the bread, eggs, bacon, paper and wanted some deodeant (which was marked reduced to clear). Anyway, everything was ok until I checked my reciept in-store and found I was over charged for the BO spray. So I spoke to the female staff member and she said it should not be that price marked on the item. I said to her this is where was and as you can see its marked down. She continued to argue the fact some one marketed it wrong and knowing supermarket policies with the scanning policy it did not apply as its a staff error. After 10 minutes of debating the issue with her and a male staff member I wanted a full refund and have never shopped there again since. There loss of around $2k a year just from me alone plus others that I have told. Out of the last 5 times I have shopped at this store only once have I been charged the correct amount. That's right 4 out of 5 times I have been incorrectly charged for shopping here. Go figure why not many people shop here.
