Handy having a shop so close, but i wish they were open until 9pm on Saturdays and Sundays like the previous deli used to be. Also- sometimes the quality of their fruit and veg is not the best and you do have to check use by dates carefully!

On a positive note- they do stock my favourite cheese which i cannot find at the bigger supermarkets.

I don't mind paying extra for convenience of shopping local.
But I hate having to check the use by dates on everything.
If I don't check I end up buying OUT OF DATE FOOD :-(

The staff are generally very helpful however, I feel that there could be a little more emphasis on showing staff how to pack the groceries correctly into a customers bag. I have had to repack my bags on a few occasions and the staff member involved really didn't care. My tomatoes were on the bottom of the bag with bread and cans just thrown in. The shop is well stocked. I will say that the prices do tend to be a little higher than I expect to pay but the convenience of this supermarket keeps me going back on a regular basis.

I find the staff and the customer service of this supermarket one of the best in the area...this buisness has built up from a small supermarket shop to a full size supermarket. The prices are exceptionally good and often the specials are really good.
