Clearly layout of where the products are and the staff are friendly. The prices are lower than other places around the area and there are also a newsagent which is handy to purchase some stationery or newspaper.

Fruit and Veg not amazingly good but acceptable if you need something for tonights dinner. All other aspects are great - Excellent stocks on their shelves and their prices are fair.

Entry to this supermarket is extremely difficult if you are disabled (wheelchair/walking frame) or have a pram. Quality of fruit and veg is usually disappointing, and so is price. The service is generally ok, but it can certainly do with improvement. Some courses in customer service would benefit the staff here. I shop there occasionally for emergency items because it's convenient, but I would prefer to drive elsewhere if I am able.

This is a very good supermarket. If goods are not in stock the staff will do their best to get them. They are always ready to issue a rain-check if specials are not available and will ring home number when they arrive. The staff have that individual touch which makes it very pleasant to shop there.
