Went here with an infected ingrown toenail and some other minor issues. I was quite anxious about the appointment as I don’t do well with needles. Lewis was amazing. He talked me through the whole process, didn’t have to use any needles and kept me distracted while he manipulated and fixed my toe and other issues. The receptionist (I missed her name, sorry!) was lovely. All staff members I interacted with were highly knowledgeable, caring and polite. The booking system online was quick and easy and they contacted me prior to my appointment for a photo and further information so they would be well informed when I attended. I would highly recommend this clinic. Thank you!

Dr Kim and her team are Professional, friendly & quick to diagnose the issue and provide the required treatment necessary. I had to undergo Surgery to remove a plantar wart. I was provided with crutches and a boot (at a cost & then a partial amount is refunded once returned) which had helped so much during the first few weeks. Everything you need pre to post-surgery to get you better is all available within their practice. Listen to what Dr Kim says and follow the post surgery aftercare instructions and you'll have no issues at all. Thank you!

Dr. Kim performed an ultrasound which indicated the issues. She advised me on correct footwear for work and showed me how to tape my toes down (to relieve pain). She also gave me hope in knowing the issue can be fixed.

I started seeing Dr Kim at the beginning of 2022 after experiencing three years of foot pain.
I had spent thousands of dollars and felt like I had tried every treatment under the sun with 3 different podiatrist opinions, two pairs of orthotics, multiple cortisone shots, shockwave therapy, glucose injections, laser treatments and I even ended up in a moon boot for 9 weeks. Within the first session Dr Kim identified that one of my issues was probably not actually plantar fasciitis but a trapped nerve. My orthotics were actually making it more uncomfortable.
I went and got an ultrasound and then she treated it with Botox and my pain in that foot greatly reduced. She then recommended me for PRP and within a few months both my feet were in the best condition they have been since my foot pain first started. I truely never thought I would be able to wear shoes without orthotics or walk around pain free again. While I still have twinges and a few ongoing issues to manage, I can now walk 8km and spend all day on my feet with minimal pain in good quality shoes and when I do have flare ups they are manageable. The level of care received here is definitely worth the cost. Appointments are never rushed and Dr Kim’s ability to perform ultrasounds and injections herself means that you don’t have to run around to different places which saves you money and time in the long run.

I recommend this practice a lot. I came there for the toenail surgery with a severe anxiety and fear of needle, but Dr. Kim managed it perfectly. She helped me ask for the sedation from GP before the surgery and used the topical numbing cream + ice bag to numb the injected area, so it was quite painless. The surgery was performed smoothly with no pain and no blood at all. The picture is my toe 4 weeks after the surgery. The post surgery was also helpful to get my toe heal faster. The receptionists and manager are very kind and supportive. I have sent tons of emails regarding my toenail condition and they have replied all quickly and politely.

Amazing ability to heal swelling and pain experience over 15 months ago following ORIF ankle surgery (Tib/Fib/Talus - 7 breaks total, plates & screws). No pain and minimal swelling for approx 2-3 days post laser (I CAN WALK NORMALLY AGAIN!!) immediate results. 2 sessions in so far and counting. Already seeing results. Could see results with the ultrasound after first session. Very knowledgeable and lovely. I've referred others here over the past week who are also very satisfied with results / progress for different issues.
