Bowen Therapy at Foot Focus

Bowen Therapy is a non-invasive treatment that is done throughloose fitting clothing and normally on a Massage Table.

Througha series of cross fibre moves, Bowen Therapy releases the gluing of the Fasciaallowing the connective tissue to become moveable through hydration. Withimproved hydration of the Fascia, toxins can be removed and nutrients aresupplied to your cells. Thus having a natural homeostasis balance on your bodyenabling muscles, tendons and also your nervous, hormone, lymphatic &vascular systems to function effectively.

Reflexology at Foot Focus

It is a form of healing based on the premisethat a mirror image of the body is reflected in the feet (and hands).Reflexology points on the feet (or hands) are massaged to promote healing andrelaxation. Reflexology is a holistic form of therapy, as subtle changes occurin the body on physical, mental & emotional levels.
