Rude, nasty, pricey.

We would not recommend anyone see Dr Michelle, she has no people skills, her prices were double any other vet and her information was conflicting.

PLEASE AVOID HER AND HER CLINIC

We have had two encounters with this vet for our dying dog. On both occasions Dr Michelle Trevilyan has been rude. She refused to give us repeat medication for our dying dog saying she thought we wouldn't come back. When returning for more medication, the empty container with the prescription on it was snatched from my hand and she refused to return it. She then demanded we pay another consultant fee (nearly double any other vets price) in order to get the tablets.

We then went straight to another vet and were given 3 months worth of tablets without any questions and told if our dog is still with us to bring her in for a visit in 4 months.

Dr Michele requires every two weeks to profit of our dying dog. She is rude, dismissive and should be avoided at all costs

Dr Michelle Trevilyan has always been very caring when it comes to the health and well being of our pets and injured wildlife. She has a manner that makes some doctors look icky and her nurses are always friendly and helpful.
