Its not just an in out service if you want someone to take the time to get to know you and what you like here is where to go! First time today and I cant get over how amazing it was. I felt really cared for which is hard to come by these days. Thank you for the excellent service ladies!

Had a fabulous one hour facial with Micki prior to the location change. Because of this my daughter purchased another one hour facial as a gift. Sadly, I forgot to ask for Micki. Got a 45 minute facial instead. When I queried this, was told that everything was done but just in a quicker time. It's like getting 750g of meat but paying for a kilo. Very poor service. Staff should have massaged more to fill in the time.

Love having my nails done at this fabulous salon. Have not had the same success at other places. Minimum drilling and mainly filing, (which is what keeps me going back to these lovely Ladies). I always walk out feeling fabulous because my nails look and stay looking fabulous. Always feel pampered at my appointment. Cannot just drop in as they are so popular they are always booked on the day.

Jackie has been doing my nails for the last 15 years. Have never had a problem. Love the fact she is still doing them the "old fashioned way" - NO drilling. Have had occasions when I have been out of town and gone to other salons and then have had to have Jackie repair the damage done to my nails from drilling. Biggest problem is that she is the only one that does the nails at this salon and I now have to book my appointments in advance. Mind you she does go out of her way for all her clients new and old.

Girls were very lovely, very helpful and kind. However, I recently tried the 'schlak nail polish' (for my friends wedding) at this company. Although , I was not happy with the way my nails were prepared (they filed them down - in a way where there are deep jagers all over the nail) i also did not like how they were painted, they were uneven, it was like I did them myself. I thought, it won't be so noticeable on the day.. 3 days later the nail polish had started to lift, by day 5 they were peeling off. Once they did,my nails have deep cuts in them and are very thin! It's been 2months and I can't wait for my nails to grow out.! They break on everything! Sorry ladies, as lovely as you all are, I won't be coming back.
