I have a wide foot with a few difficulties. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful with meeting my needs. I managed to get a pair of shoes to fit with my orthotics. I will happily shop there again. A pleasant experience.

I went looking for shoes here for work. Although they have quite a selection I ended up not buying anything. The prices were reasonable, but when I explained to the salesperson that I needed a small size they just stated they didn't carry them and walked off. I wasn't overly impressed with the service and went elsewhere.

This shoe shop is great to go to when the kids are going back to school. They have trained Clarke shoes specialists for school shoes, and also specialise in wider fittings and comfortable walking shoes. The service is also very good.

Staffs are well trained to do fitting for customers. Shoes are mostly of good brand and good quality. Seems to carry some. Seems to carry some extra extra large sizes that might not be available in normal shoes stores, can be handy

An institution in Hornsby - Forbes Footwear has fitted generation after generation of children, through to adults. Not a huge range to choose from, but the fitters are caring and knowledgeable.

I think what this shop provides is very unique. The stock many shoes in the wider fittings - which is great for hard to fit feet. It is a place of old fashioned service , with friendly and very helpful staff.
