All round a terrible experience, bad customer service alongside overpriced and bad quality clothing. Will not go back, forever new has slowly been getting worse for years

Staff were friendly and willing to help out! Shop was neat however there was limited stock there and couldn't find some of the styles.
The company policy of not shipping between stores for special orders is inconvenient and not customer friendly. When the prices of coats in this store is at a qualilty rate they should be helping their customers more. We wanted a partciular coat and was unable to find anything in this store at the size we wanted. We had to ask the salesperson to look it up in other stores stock and get one shipped to Knox. But was told they do not ship between stores or provide a layby service which is ridiculous when other retail stores offer the very same service. Forever New need to evolve to their customers needs, or they will go elsewhere like we did.
I've found the quality has gone downhill and the sizing system out of sorts at Forever New. Pity. Used to be a great place to pick up lovely garments.
They have free delivery online. Most stores that have an online store are now phasing out store to store transfers. I guess it still is difficult for customers who may not like to make purchases on the internet though...
My experience in this store was excellent.
The lady provided me a great service by taking me around the shop and helping me find an outfit to suit me.
The fabric of all the garments is of exceptional quality (silk, cashmere etc) and everything is well made.
It looks pricey at first but its a real bargain considering the quality of the materials and how long the garments last.

The clothes in this shop are AMAZING! great for yr 11/ 12 formals. they also so have a few casual dresses from time to time that are really nice.! Branded and worth the buy. However most of their goods are a bit pricey, but the worth the money. Quality is really goood.!
Love the material of dresses the silky flowy stuff, feels great to wear!

forever new is one of my favorite stores. They sell beautiful designer style clothing and accessories. long dresses made from soft flowing silks and satins. lovely lace tops, very feminine and vintage.
