Excellence par none, it's never ceases to amuse me how some of the finest hotels with the very best service, the grandest rooms and nicest of everything have such plain names, like Four Seasons or Bestwestinn bizarre. Even their signature restaurant is called Kable's so ok let's move past the fact no one can come up with a great name, what they have come up with is a great dinning experience, five star service, excellent food, brilliant wine selection and very comfortable setting.

I wish I could afford to stay here regularly, but it's a huge treat when I do, or when I have a cocktail with friends or when I attend a ball or go to the restaurant. They just have the knack of doing everything perfectly... they just don't seem to miss a beat. The car parking is expensive, though. But if you eat there or go to the spa it's free. This is old-fashioned customer service that makes you feel like royalty. Everyone should treat themselves at least once in their life I reckon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lovely location and fantastic views. Overall good value for a 5 star hotel.

we stayed here recently for our anniversary and it was really nice. when we checked in our rooms werent ready but they invited us to have a drink and some nibblies on the house, while we waited which was nice, great view and the staff were nice and friendly and truely treated us really nice...anything we asked they could do , just great

Room was very comfortable and spacious. the pool and spa closed too early though. breakfast was alright but the coffee made it a whole lot better.

We recently attended a Dinner Ball here in the Grand Ball Room. The silver service was great although there were a couple of times when it was hard to find a waiter to ask for a drink, possibly understaffed for the occasion. The hotel is immaculate and the jazz band was great in the bar area, also had a very attentive waiter at that bar.
