As a paying customer, and former employee, my wife and
I attended our first lesson with our pup. From our first lesson I was
unimpressed
and disappointed with their delivery.

I observed first hand, their 10+ year old trainer
( whom stated --- 'I have been here for a long time' ), was asked a
question by a fellow customer
the instructor stated, 'I don't know. Ask the other trainer, she knows
everything'.

In another example, another fellow customer was struggling with his dog and
not once did the trainer help them.

From my perspective, their pricing is expensive for 3 months.
The instructor in our lesson was sub-standard ( as per the statement above
about their instructor saying, "I don't know ). The instructor did not seem
confident at all in their delivery.
