we had a business that was in difficulty, We called Fox Symes, they gave us what we considered good advice we took their advic e and they charged us about $5000 and said that was all we would pay however when the deal was handed to a company to finalise our part 10 deal .,the new compay fixed all our creditors up and took a further $5000approx when we found out we were pretty sour about it ,However had Fox Symes not Advised us we would have been in real strife financially 10 years or so later we look back and realise they helped us out of a massive hole, Now we appreciate their help

Fox Symes promise the earth, but once you sign on the dotted line, they will treat you like a sack of smelly garbage. Upon signing a debt agreement for 4 years, their jovial 'just call us if you need to skip a payment' attitude changed to a terrifying 'Why can't you pay this week then? Where is the money going? Why?" interrogation if you need to postpone a payment, even for only 7 days. They never explained the entire process to me properly, and the ramifications of having a DA hanging over my head trying to start a small business. They are rude, blunt and unhelpful on the phone, they do not even supply printed statements and will only email you part statements with a written balance. They are terrible. Steer well clear of them. I would give them less than one star for each area if WOMOW would let me.

I did not enjoy my time with Fox Symes...I was never explained the process properly and was not understood when things got tough financially and I was unable to make a repayment....arent they meant to help with that sort of thing. It ruined my credit rating because I was put into a part 9 debt agreement...I didnt think I was that broke to be classed as Bankrupt.

The helped settle my bad debts, by approaching the banks and other finace companies and negotiating the repayments on my behalf and helping me avoid claiming bankruptcy
