I would highly recommened fragile Removals to my friends and anyone else who is looking for a reputible company. I was very impressed with the care taken by Chris and james with my furniture. They were both polite, professional, and worked very hard to make sure mymove went smoothly. "Thank you for a great job."

i have used Fragile 3 times in 2 years and couldn't be happier. Men worked their butts of in extreme weather conditions. I researched a lot of companies and they appeared one of the cheapest and give a good discount for returning customers. Very happy and recommend

I just wanted to say how pleased I was yesterday with the two men who came to help move all my “stuff” – they were terrific – they worked well together and didn't stop – I was very glad I booked through this company and will recommend them to others.

The Movers themselves where fast efficient and had a can do attitude.
They called ahead to advise if they could come earlier if it suited me, but in future i would really say for them not to call before nine in the morning.
on the whole a great service but an updated ETA of the items in transit would be very handy

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with, across all industries. When quoting they said they charge by cubic meters, and that door to door delivery from Perth to Melbourne would be 1-2 weeks. After they loaded everything in the truck I was charged for the empty space in the truck which was not occupied by me. In effect they overcharged me by 100%, and because the Melbourne office was closed at that time I could not call in to complain, I had to pay the subcontractors who would not move until I paid the full amount. There was no subsequent response from the office after numerous phone calls and emails to complain, and they only called me back after I wrote to threaten legal action, demanding a refund. They promised to refund the balance, but by this time (2 weeks after they took my stuff) I found out everything was still sitting in Perth, and they have no intention on shipping it until they get a full container. It is 4 weeks since I've moved out of my Perth home, and I still haven't gotten a confirmation of when I will be getting my things (last quoted, at least another week or 2, or more). AND they've not refunded like they said they would! DEFINITELY THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE, A TOTAL SCAM AND RIP OFF. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING.

They did a terrific job for us and really took care of our more precious furniture. When I have used removalists previously they have had to stop for a smoke break every hour and take their time. The Fragile guys, particularly the 2 guys arrived on time (apologies, given all the moving I have forgotten their names) came in and introduced themselves and were very personalised and committed. They even asked permission to have a break and stop to grab lunch on the way to the new house, which of course was fine by me. The fact that they asked was a nice touch. They worked a very long day and they worked with urgency. The team leader on the day (Irish guy) was superb and a real ambassador of the cmpany – he set the pace for the others and represented Fragile very well!!!

Thanks for helping with the move and we have already let others know about this positive experience with Fragile Removals.

Just letting you know my move went really well and the lads that moved me were awesome. I didnt find a mobile phone after they left and nothing has turned up.

I was checking my bank accout yesterday and have noted you have charged me twice for my move. I paid $200.00 cash and had $252.00 on my credit card which was taken out twice could you please put it back and let me know when this has been done.

We were really pleased with the service. The guys did arrive 45 mins late, however, they did ring to let us know they were running late.

We were particularly impressed with the leader, Max, he managed the move really well. There were no breakages and they were careful with our goods.

They also worked efficiently. We would definitely use Fragile Removals again.

when the guys turned up with the van and began to unload it wasn't my furniture! luckily at the back half of the truck there was some of my stuff but not all. This meant the guys had to return to the storage facility and collect the rest of my things. this added an extra hour and half to unloading and consequently taking me further into an already exhausting day as i was ill and was helping to unload as well to hurry things up.
then after unwrapping my coffee table it had been damaged with a hole in the centre. i will send a photo of this with an estimate of price, one of the guys took a photo on his phone as well.
i had also organised a time to access storage at clayton at 1130am where i was told shauns stuff was but noone had put me in the book and i had to return at 230pm to dingley
however having said all that, the staff have been very cheerful and friendly and apologetic, as long as i can be reimbursed for the coffee table i will be happy and would use you again

Generally, the service that I received was quite good. There were a few issues with the move and the guys dealt with them extraordinarily well. I also appreciated that, where required, the guys offered advice and were willing to go beyond base requirements to ensure good service was delivered. Many thanks to both of them!
