Did a great job, no issues at all. Ours wasn't the easiest job as they had to get everything out into a small apartment building lift, but they got it done quickly and no damage to anything at all. Hopefully we won't move again for a long time, but we'll use these guys again if we do!

We employed Fragile Removals for our moves from Sydney to Perth and later from Perth to Brisbane. On both occasions, their service was outstanding. Our belongings arrived in perfect condition and ahead of the expected timeline. Their customer service and moving professionals were exceptional.

Seamless experience from Quotation up to Delivery. The only company I could find that quoted me for actual volume used to transport belongings from Brisbane to Perth.

Staff at both ends (Brisbane and Perth) were courteous, professional, and efficient. I can also confirm my once loaded at Brisbane, my things in the container were not moved or disturbed until delivery in Perth.

Admin team was also pleasant and efficient. Price was one of the best I could find, after getting quoted by about 5 or 6 different companies.

Seamless experience with this company from my initial enquiry and booking, to pick up in Melbourne and delivery to my home in Perth. Everything arrived safely which I am extremely grateful for as it was my late mother’s precious furniture.
