I'm glad you're really pleased with it. Yes - we do aim for a fast turnaround whenever we can. (Some deliveries slow us down with Covid, but we try very hard not to exceed 2 weeks absolute max.) Often if everything is in stock we can deliver your framed piece back to you in just a few days.
I am so impressed with the service from this company. I have recently had a cross stitch framed, and am delighted with the result. Not only was the service very fast, the care and attention to the framing is amazing from the frame itself to the added bonus of padding behind the cross stitch. The framing is 100% perfect and the service was exceptional. I will be using Frame Warehouse for all of my cross stitches in the future. Thank you so much! I am truly delighted.
HI Jennifer, We don't always pad behind needle work - but we always try and make each piece look their absolute best. Next time if you would specifically like your needlework padded - simply ask, otherwise we will just continue to use our discretion with each piece. So happy you are happy with your needle work - they did look really amazing!
