I've found to my own expense that this business is a scam. The work with an online website (SMART ARTIST MEMORABILIA).
Smart Artist Memorabilia offer to sell large format posters, mounted and framed by Frames Now.
However, the merchandise you "think' you've bought never actually arrives, instead it's some random offering that clearly been laying around, and of course there is no return address for the seller ... as the it's all come from these guys here ... FRAMES NOW!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

THERE ARE FAR MORE TRUSTWORTHY BUSINESSES OUT THERE PEOPLE!!!

My Mum and I went to find out how long it would take to have a picture framed and bordered.
We were so delighted to find that the incredibly helpful staff member Marina was able to complete the work that day with the choice of a custom frame.

I love this store, they have always looked after me, but I would steer clear of bayswater store, the woman managing this store is quite pushy and arrogant, she kept trying to upsell me and tell me what I wanted, I know what I want.

Really bad service, I asked if they could better the price and they simply cancelled my order even after I was fine to pay the full price. I had been a customer there for years and recommended tens of people too, most disappointing..

They delivered an item for free, unasked, when I couldn't pick it up due to Covid restrictions - what great community spirit.

Huge place to look for frames and mattes. Hundreds of frames to choose from. They have a service where you can view what your image and frame would look like on a large TV. Great service. Can do easy jobs on the spot, or larger pieces can be picked up later. Probably not the cheapest framers out there, but having things custom made, and with very helpful staff, it's worth going there. When I went there once, there wasn't a lot of staff on, so I had a long wait to get my matte cut to size whilst they served other customers. A little annoying, but what can you do...

I have used this company for customer projects (multiple framing) and for personal use. They always have great suggestions for mats and frames and this excellent giant tv to see how your project will look when finished.
