The salon was nice and nothing wrong with the staff as such, it just didn’t feel personal. I came after receiving a voucher through a local gym membership and I felt like they didn’t treat me the same way as if I was a normal full paying customer, even though it was their decision to offer the local deal.

Nice people but the worst haircut I've ever had.. I really don't thing the hairdresser knew what they were doing.. I emailed the management to to show them my hacked at haircut and they didn't respond..

I have been going to Frangipani Cutting Crew for about 6 years now, and have always been very happy with the services provided. The atmosphere is warm and friendly and the staff go out of their way to make the client feel comfortable. Julie G
