I find it convenient and easy to access, it is open later than most of the other stores and being across the road makes it easy to get to. Price may not be as good as other supermarkets but weekly specials make up for this, always see the same faces behind the counters.

i just wanted a few items and the cues were enormous, i stood in the basket cue and was surprised at how quick it went, no fuss, was happy. the shop was clean and neat and staff seemed unstressed

i never really liked franklins but they have really stepped up. with there wonderful rwards programme you can cash you points for money. my favorite new store

workers here tend to be in low spirits and act overly suspicious of shopper, creating an uncomfortable and eerie atmosphere. most products are not that cheap (compared to woolworths). perhaps music and smiles would make the store a better stop.

VERY HAPPY WITH HOW CLEAN THE STORE WAS AND HOW FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL THE STAFF WERE. ALSO GREAT TO SEE THAT THEY HAD PLENTY OF STOCK THAT WAS ADVERTISED IN THE CATALOGUE UNLIKE MANY OTHERS THAT ADVERTISE SPECIALS BUT DON'T HAVE IT IN STOCK

the staff are generally friendly, there are good deals on in store products. the store is quiet clean and is not too busy. a wide variety of fresh products.

Great staff,nice clean store nothing laying in the isles and the staff were very helpful when asked for assistance.
Cost of the items were very fair also had some good deals and specials.
