I prefer the Miranda store to the Sutherland and Jannali stores, it is much more modern, more open, and larger.

For me this is a shop I grab few essentials as I have to carry them home on the Train, but they do have variety and good prices. I would not want to do a family shop in such a large shopping centre and navigate a trolley thru people.

A lot of friendly staff members which far outweigh the 'rude' ones as I sometimes come across being a regular shopper. Store is nicely spaced out and usually quite orderly. Lots of great variety and specials often although sometimes can take a long time to re stock shelves.

Hard to find parking, but the shop is well laid out and is much like other Franklins stores. Staff are young and the checkout queues are ok except on weekends. I try and go early in the morning to beat the rush.

The staff are very helpful. I am happy with the quality of the items although I usually buy the known brand rather than the store brand. There seems to be a wide selection of brands for each item that I purchase.
