Wanted an add put in the Frankston Leader Newspaper to advertise a new business, was quoted approx $250, checked account later and had charged over $600, took countless phone calls to "customer service" to have money refunded. What a joke.
We need this add as it creates a lot of local work so tried again this week for another add thinking it must have been bad luck the first.
Unbelievably they stuffed up again, quoted us $210, checked account later and found they'd taken a further $101, absolutely useless!! Dont recommend.
