We have learned from our ancestors that have passed on the technique of traditional pizza making to the next generations and on to our grandparents that were also pizza makers in Greece. The ancient Greeks ate pizza with toppings such as, feta cheese, olives, herbs and olive oil. Ancient Greece expanded to the south of Italy as we know it today. The Italians improved pizzas popularity when they imported tomatoes from south America to use on the base of a pizza and created the pizza for the Queen Margherita.
Since then it has been known as a traditional Italian specialty, but it was the Greeks who invented and introduced pizza to the world. Now we bring our knowledge and expertise to Frankston pizza house where you can enjoy fantastic pizza with real home made pizza sauce in our secret herbs and spices.
Our dough is always fresh and made by us daily using traditional methods. Our toppings are of the highest quality available . We have been making pizza and pasta for many years. Our other speciality is our Chicken parmigiana with a variety of toppings. We take great pride in our work, use gloves when preparing pizza and all food and are very strict with hygiene policies.
Our staff are friendly and polite and always try to please our customers. We do get busy, so please have patience as good food takes time to prepare.
