Love this restaurant, run by a great Italian family, always friendly and food always good. They often have specials out the front like "kids free on Tuesdays" etc., meals are massive and always good, been going for years and will continue to do so

A family favorite, we visit often, mostly Friday nights. A Little expensive but servings are large and can often take left overs home.

Approximate cost: $100

Love this place. I think it is run by a family not just a franchise. The food tastes really good and is really big serves for a very reasonable price. We went on steak night, we didn't take that, but the people on the next table did and it was looked really good for the price. We will definately return here. If I was going to whinge it is just a little on the noisy side.

I'd give it 4.5 stars, but I don't know how!
We keep going back. There are always lots people there, and I can see why it's so popular. I wish it were a bit quieter inside, but with so many people what else can you expect? (Outside is quieter.) A few years back there was a drop (in my opinion) in the quality of food served, but they have certainly come back — maybe a change of cooking staff. Had one bad experience some time back when no one came to take our order — the bloke who seated us & gave us our menus disappeared, but when we asked someone else she took care of us. My visits in recent years have all been good, and the food is great quality. Nice to have a choice of indoors or outdoors. Their take away pizzas are good, too.

I went here for the first time recently and I was so surprised by how cheap the meals were. You also get a decent size and it tastes delicious. It got the spaghetti carbonara and bruschetta, which both tasted fresh and fantastic. All of the staff were also very friendly.

A great family restaurant with a nice selection of meals and enormous serving sizes. Service was good too. The outdoor area under the lights looked like a nice spot for a casual dinner - we will definitely try it in the warmer months.

The cow was so raw the steak still had a heartbeat and the owner refused to give a full refund. Worst meal and experience ever. Definitely won't be back.

One of my favourite place to go when I'm. In frankston had a beautiful lunchs here ,the atmosphere was great the staff are al ways friendly.Very spacious so you get some privacy, kid friendly, you can eat inside or outside and they have weekly specials on.Open 7 days a week for lunch&dinner . This is well worth the money if your in the frankston area.

This place used to be a regular for us but it has declined! We decided to return to give this restaurant another chance after a couple of disappointing visits. Maybe third time lucky? Portion sizes were generous but service was again a little too casual. For example, served beer in the bottle without a glass as an option, and swapped wine that was ordered with an alternative without consultation. We definitely wouldn't be in a rush to return.

This is the 3rd time I have been here and it has definitely dived with regards to quality and quantity of food. My friend and I went for our usual $10 lunch special which in the past has been more than adequate and very tasty. My friend had the fish and chips and also added veges to her meal - an extra $2.50 - which hadn't happened before. I had the BLT and added an egg - $2!
Fish & Chips & veg: half the plate was covered in chips and there were a few beans, some bok choy, carrots, a piece of corn and some broccoli on the vege side. These were ok. The fish was resting on the chips and was very small. Without the batter it would have been about 50 - 100 grams - if that.
BLT & egg: this also came with half a plate of chips which were very crisp. The bacon etc were sitting on a half circle of a thick piece of toasted white bun which was very soggy and not very nice. Another half circle was on the top - also soggy and had no taste. The bacon and egg were well cooked and tasted good. Salad was included and that was ok except it was drowned in mayonnaise - I prefer to pour my own! It was ok - but I could have bought a bacon and egg sandwich for half the price elsewhere.
The $10 lunch menu had diminished somewhat and was mainly pasta.
My friend was also disappointed with her meal as she was looking forward to a nice lunch out for a change.
We won't be back and will try somewhere else next time I visit her in frankston.

When it first opened years back, it was great. Great atmosphere inside, great meals. Now it's ok. Average. But for the price it's acceptable. Service is ok, food's ok. Not worth completely writing off.

We love this place, we regularly go to Fratelli's on Wednesday Night for Kids East Free. There is a great variety on the childrens menu, regular menu, specials and the cocktail list.

Whether you get served is luck of the drawer. If you have 6 at the table the chance of you all getting your meals within an hour of each other is zero.
The wait staff are nice & friendly but TOTALLY untrained and have no idea at all but OMG I have never seen anything like the rudeness of the old guy that manages the place if you ask where the missing meals are half an hour or so of the others in your party have finished.
Been there twice , the second time as I thought the first was a bad night but no way. They have no idea of customer service and the old guy sits around chatting while the place is in chaos
I believe its better at lunch time than at night as its quieter but if there are 50 people dining & 6 wait staff they should be able to get the meals out at approx the same time and they should be edible which in many cases they are not.
Never go there Its AWFUL

Approximate cost: $20.

Nice food, good for a quick bite. We had breakfast here once and it was very nice! The staff are mostly young, so not very attentive, but overall, you get what you pay for!

This place is hit and miss, but more miss than hit. Service is pretty disappointing, but I suppose, for the cheap prices you can't expect too much.

We have dined here at least a dozen times, with mixed experiences. Service is often poor with forgetfulness and lack of attention, but I've had worse. The "Specials Board" seems to be the same each week, and portions are average. Was better a few years ago.

This place is okay - it is what is. Not the best quality food but your not paying the highest prices. Not somewhere we go often, but its there for a quick bite if your not expecting too much

There food is great, huge portions. Seafood dishes are not stingy and good sized produce. The Desserts are to die for. They are $7 but are huge !!!! Good variety of Pizza Pasta and General Mains.

We always leave with a smile and a VERY full belly. Service is always great .... very casual atmosphere. Location is the only thing thing that this restaurant lacks.

I found this "restaurant" very average. The surroundings are pretty tacky-murals on the wall, sticky tables not wiped down properly and not very atmospheric.
I found the food to be of good portion size, however the taste was ordinary and I expect more when dining out.
However, looking around it was very busy and others appeared to be having a good time. It is family friendly and caters for children.

Food tastes amazing. The service is fast and friendly and the meal sizes are very generous but prices are low. Lovely seating inside and outside as well. Menu has plenty to choose from and the desserts are all great. Big cocktail list as well.

They have some really nice meals on the menu that extend beyond pizza. Ill be happy to have a function there if need arises. Good Food, Good Service, relaxed atmosphere.

I love this place, I get take away there when I'm not up to dining in and theres no difference in the quality. The prices are great, and you get a huge feed for your buck. They have a meat platter that is so good its gotta be bad

the food here is really great and priced very reasonably. Not in the most atmospheric place, but once you're inside you forget you're in a busy intersection spot in frankston.

This place is ok, the food is good but kind of mass produced. The location is a bit too commercial, and the service isn't fantastic. But its pub meals at a cheaper price so a great place for big family dinners.

This is a great place to eat. I go there regularly now. If you go for lunch you get a great 2 or 3 course meal for just $10 and the portions are big. I have loved every meal that I have had there. The pizas are beautiful and the owners are very friendly.

I used to go to this restaurant on a regular basis until it recently changed hands.. the new ower is arragant, and rude when asked why the food has so dramatically gone downhill.. what was once rich and creamy is now watery and bland, and the marinara sauce is some cheap bought product... not the once rich yummy homemade sauce they had..
