I've seen these guys around markets quite often such as South Melbourne Market and most recently in Queen Victoria Night Market. If you love cheese as much as I do then you would appreciate the traditional and expensive raclette cheese they use rather than run of the mill regular cheese. Run by French people, they know how to take you on a gastronomical adventure. You have the option to go with 'traditionelle' which is sautéed potatoes, a generous portion of melted raclette cheese, some cornichon and salad. If you opt for the charcuterie then you also get cured meat which takes the dish to another level altogether. Served with a smile, this dish will knock your socks off. The long queues are a true testament of their popularity. Like any good stalls you might need to wait a bit but it's worth it at the end.
